Alex Flanagan

She studied at in the University of Arizona as well as Salpointe Catholic High School, both of which are located in Tucson. She's worked with The NFL Network, as an anchor/reporter. For NBC Sports she is a reporter who is on the sidelines during some of the Notre Dame Football home matches as well as Football Night in America. Flanagan can be seen and heard during the Madden 10 or Madden 11 videos, in which she hosts a weekly recap of the game show with Fran Charles. Alex is from Sonoita, Arizona. She is married to Kevin Flanagan, a former University of Arizona basketball player Kevin Flanagan. The couple have two daughters as well as a son. Alex's family owns the Arizona steak restaurants "The Steak Out" (located in Sonoita) and Dove Mountain. Flanagan began her journalistic career in college, as an intern at KVOA-TV. The reporter began covering sports in the year 1998. Her work was with various channels such as NBC Sports, NFL Network, ESPN, and Fox Sports. Furthermore, Flanagan was also one of the Gamma Phi Beta sister. The first position she held in television was as a news anchor and general assignment reporter at KCCO-TV, Alexandria, Minnesota, after she graduated.
